Where can I find specialized professionals who can analyse a letter and prove that it has been forcefully dictated?

Start with your local police department. Their crime investigation unit should be able to point you in the right direction.

How much attention should or has been given to children witnessing in court and why?
How can you tell they are not being induced to witness in favor of one of the parents?
How can you prove a letter has been dictated? I need a list of guidelines...

Please give me detailed guidelines to identify when a child has been induced...
Should a child have been required by a manipulating parent to defend him or her in court, how do you think he/she can resist and how could you take such witnessing into consideration? (More on this at family law)
What are the psychological damages to the child to have to decide for one parent against the other?
Should such a child, having been induced be required to testify?

Comovai:

Your posts all seem to have a central theme.

Perhaps it would be better if you posted the ENTIRE story and got more pertinent answers.

I am looking for serious answers based on psychological, sociological and juridical research.

I am looking for at least 7000 men and women like Elijah to face these questions. Romans 11.4

What it sounds like is you are trying to get answers to homework questions. And we don't do your research for you here.

If you are involved in a real life situation where a custody battlke over a child is involved, then detail the circumstances and we will try to answer.

No, sir, I would hardly need or use your help for my own homework, I am researching an issue that matters to family and society if youcan notice and assume!

Well since you aren't explaining what's going on, it's hard to help you.

Try researching the McMartin preschool case. That should give you the answers you seek. In it was the recognition of children being led and how they were led which gave rise to new laws regarding interogation of children.
