You might want to rule out any physical damage since you fell. If that isn't an issue, perhaps seeing an osteopath or chiropractor may be beneficial.
Warmth and massage may be helpful. Since you are breastfeeding, using a good supportive bra is a good idea to lessen any strain. Best to avoid underwire bras however while breastfeeding as they can increase the possibilities of duct blockages. Be aware of your posture when picking up and holding baby too.

Pressure points in your feet can sometimes help with pain... you just have to talk your new husband into rubbing your feet... if my wife's back or hips are hurting some massage always helps, but the feet seem to be what pushes her over the edge and gets her to rest deeply.
Also, if you are producing milk faster than you can feed, and feeling heavy, you might consider a breast pump. The double breast pump we bought, reconditioned and sterilized, from a local midwife center was, dollor for dollar, the best money we spent on anything...
Took the physical pressure off, kept her from having mastitis, helped with her back (shed had back issues before and the extra weight didn't help) and we had a constant supply of breast milk in the freezer. Hands down, the best money we spent.
Doesn't mean you should do all doula asked... just additional points I wanted to mention.
