Repair holes in walls, especially checking where pipes may be coming into your house.

An indirect method of lizard control is to spray the outside of your to keep the insect populations down. The hope is that the lizards will move over to your neighbor's yard to look for food. I don't think it's necessary to do that, if you've tightened up your house. Turn off the porch light at night, or use bulbs that don't attract insects, to keep the bugs down that attract the lizards.
