So me and my 2 friends were just recently banned from the mall near by, they told us if we go back we will b arrested for trustpassing and sent to juvi. So I was wondering are they allowed to do that, shouldn't they write up papers and have us sign them or something. Because if we go back they have no proof of banning us.

No. They do not have to give you written documentation of banning from a place of business.
You were obviously doing something disruptive and they don't want it as part of the mall. It is their prerogative to ban whomever they wish.
I'd suggest that you find a new set of friends - friends that don't get you kicked out of malls.

Really OK, well then is there anyway I would be allowed back in? They told me I was banned for life and not even allowed to go back with my mom

Wow. What did you do?
"Banned for life?" Even with parental supervision?
Were you caught shoplifting?

Yeah I know its kind of crazy. Me and my friends were just acting stupid, were were witting in boscovs and just chillin then ended up have a pillow fight that only last about a min then we stopped, some workers came over and told us to leave, so then we left, next thing you know there's a security guard and cop taking are names and address telling us were banned for life if we go back we will be arrested, so we left. But I need to know if I could ever go back the mall is the hang out in my neighborhood every Friday night

So, you were disruptive and could have damaged store property.
They were definitely within their rights to ban you from the mall.
Personally, I'd find another place to hang out on Friday nights.
I don't know if it's forever. That's something that you'll have to wait to find out. Your parents can call the mall, find out about the ban, and see how long it is in place. Now that the police have the name and address of all the offenders, I wouldn't be surprised if you get a phone call or a visit from a policeman.
This is reckless behavior... something that needs to stop.

Hello:
A mall is private property. Of course the owner can tell you to keep out.
