I'm on probation for controlled substance and burglary of habitan and I was out on bond for burglary of a motor vehicle , I have to get mandatory drug testing for 18 months every thing happened on the same day I went to court and pleaded guilty and is serving 140 days 2for1 with 46 days back time my next probation meeting would be a on the 8th of may but I am going back to jail on April 29. My question is do you think I will be drug tested when I enter jail or while I'm in jail?

I can't forsee them testing you for drugs when you enter jail to do time. Wouldn't make any sense. Have never seen this done before. And when you are in jail why would they even consider testing you for drugs? I don't forsee them doing that either as they are pretty sure you are not going to be doing drugs in jail.
