There are a few options available to you in term of skin lightening if you want to fade the dark marks, you can use natural lightening products such as kojic acid, licorice acid, papaya soaps and cream they work well but they are slow. If you want fast results you can use hydroquinone which is a know skin lightener, but does have many reported health side affects.
