Hey all. MY Husband is a convicted felon.. my brother is coming out of prison soon and wants to stay with us.. from my understanding a felon on active parole could not dwell or stay with another felon,is this true?? North Carolina.

Any felon on parole or probation cannot inhabit the same house as a previously convicted felon whether on parole or probation. It is against the rules. Sorry.
