Can any one suggest me active 10Gb module supporting a distance of 500 meters using 50MM OFC.

A lot of OFC manufacturer claims that their product support 10Gb over a distance of 500Meters, but Active 10GB module manufacturer say their product support only 300meters.

Where do we get Active modules supporting 10Gb over a distance of 500 Meters for 50 Micron MM Fiber Cable?

There are multiple grades of 50 and 62.5 multi-mode fiber. Which is it?

If it is the typical MM fiber, then 300 meters at 1GB with a mode conditioning patch cable using the LX transceiver for single mode fiber is the best you can achieve. This particular GB transceiver type is also capable of working with MM fiber with the special patch cable.

You can not expect to achieve 10GB speeds with multi-mode fiber. For this reason, we are in the process of a very expensive infrastructure upgrade to replace all of our MM fiber with SM which is rated at 2KM and up for GB ethernet and is easily rated at 10GB.
