Is there a statute of limitations to collect credit card debt in New York state

It would be 6 years from the date of your last payment or the last time you made a payment arrangement and missed the payment.

Please note that this only means that after 6 years they cannot sue you in court, they can continue to call, send letters etc unless you send them a letter and ask them to only contact you by mail.
