I cannot open windows task manager. When I use Ctrl+Alt+Del nothing happens. I also have this icon on the bottom of the screen which won't close for Icatch PC camera console. Any ideas??

Well this might not be the reason, but the only reason I have heard people not able to open task manager is if they have a virus or spyware etc. But that is probably not your issue.

Hi BradHB... Move your Pointer to the bottom of the screen so that the taskbar pops up. Then, with your pointer on the taskbar, right-click your mouse where you should find one of the commands being to open "Task Manager".

You can also click "Start" | "Run" , enter "TASKMGR" and click "GO".

The bigger question is why won't it open up with <CTRL><ALT><DEL>?
