I pay my child support on time every month, but I have not seen my daughter in more than 9 months, which is half of her life. I have not been able to locate the mother. When my daughter was born, I filed paperwork through the courts, because I knew the mother would not allow me to see my daughter. I attempted to do through the child support division office to locate the mother, but they are not able to provide any information. I wrote a letter to the Texas State Attorney General's office, but to no avail. I do not know where to go next.

File a motion in court that the address be provided as part of the order, then she would be in contempt for not telling you.
