Well been on felony probation a little over a yr they had me check into a kiosk lucky me till I blew it "STUUUUPID ME" 2weeks ago with a herb dirty u.a
Needles to say won't do that again anyhoot I told the u.a guy it's gone be dirty 4 sho
Now I am in the treatment deal with 3 different meetings a week and now I get to meet my p.o for the first time :eek: listen I messed up no doubt about it and I am looking at this thang and embracing it with an open mind and bright future..
Just wanted 2 let everyone who don't know , know, roll with it don't fight it it's gone be for the better if that makes sense... listen I was given the freedom of checking in to the kiosk dealy and blew it taking a took I WILL NEVER EVER DO THAT GAIN!!
Now like I sadi before they slappin me round like a mid summer tick
My question to exconn and fr_chuck
Sincebeing on probation for a yr and 3 months I am finnaly gone to meet my p.o face 2 face what should I expect?
I know every case and every person is different so ball park figure if you will?
I'm thinking my p.o is letting me know I got their attention you think?
Anyhoot guys you help me a lot just reading your posts and answers so hope you don't mind me poppin up to say howdy once and awhile

Best guess, even if he is a nice guy ( and there are not many nice PO) he will read you the riot act, let you know he is the only thread that holds you out of prison and dying on the street.

He will try and make you feel he is next to god on the list of priority.

Then the rough ones will be a lot tougher.

And of course you may get the one who could care less, he will check to see your name is spelled right and that your case number and worry you are going to dely his lunch hour.

1. I thought I was clear as to whom I was talking to and aiming my question towards, I don't believe you came up..

Went 2 my n/a meeting today and it was wonderful and motivating I needed that..
Hopefully in the near future I can volunteer as a drug counseler I am really happy about it..

I am or was a touring guitarist before and when I got into trouble, had no management or agent at that time if idid I would have had a better attorny.

I have been signed to a management deal recently that represents me as a touring guitarist for hire
Since I got on probation I got a good seasonal job summer time work.. I work 9 month out of the yr and the winter months I do music.. well since the economy went belly up I am not sure if they are calling m,e back for work this season.. so here is the?

I have never met my po before and I am meeting with po on Thursday
My management is providing me with a letter for my p.o to state what it is I do and their need for me to tour in the coming months
What else do I need ?
I am worried that my p.o is going to clip my wings i.e say something like sorry not on probation are you doing the music thang?
A lot of musicians have gotten into trouble all the time over the yrs again this is what I was doing before I got into trouble I have been VERY responsible since on probation with the exception of my first dirty u.a..
Can they deny my career or me doing my career?
I hope I makes sense
I am also trying 2 type better since getting schooled on here for my text type messages lol
