Help me get over this I wacth every morning I don't jack off just wacth it to get rid of stress how do I stop wacthing?

There's nothing wrong with enjoying adult videos but is this causing you trouble in other areas of your life? If that's how you choose to relieve stress then so be it.

You can set your computer or cable box to prevent you going to adults sites/channels. Or perhaps, just find something else to do in the mornings.

Blocking the porn sites isn't solving the underlying problem.

Although I'm not quite sure either whether it's a problem. That's going to depend on whether you're actually addicted to doing this or not. If you just enjoy it and it relieves stress, and isn't hurting anyone or affecting anything, it might not be a big deal.

Since you're asking, then I have to assume you've been unable to stop yourself on your own. Meaning it might be a true addiction. In which case, a bunch of computer geeks is not really the answer. You might post on the addiction forum:

Assuming this is for real to begin with. I have to say I'm a bit curious why you need to relieve stress in the morning. Shouldn't that be when you're most relaxed? Perhaps there is an underlying problem with that to begin with.
