solve for theta with calc
5 sin 3 theta = -2

1. Divide both sides by 5
2. use a scientific calculator to find the appropriate values for 3 theta [one will be from quadrant 3 and one from quadrant 4]
3. divide these by 3 to find your values for theta ; these are the solutions to the equation.
