My son is on parole in Illinois they won't let him leave the state {have transfer started}he knows nobody in Illinois can we rent him a hotel room to stay in till he gets transfer the mission house he is at looks dangerous felt like his life is in danger.. Or can he live at someone's house in state of Illinois he is in chicago.

He can live anywhere the parole officer approves of. A transfer can take a while, so a hotel is going to get pretty expensive.
