Well I got my new dentures back I am so unhappy.with them they don't look nothing or feel like my old ones the front teeth the first 6 teeth comes out way pass the back ones on the sides they come out to far. The gums in front are about 1/2 in up the teeth. My old ones where only about 1/4 or less.all the teeth look to round.what can I tell the dentist to do fix this.can he remove the front 6 teeth and replace them I willing to pay him more money. When I smile all you see is all gums with small teeth I was never like this with my real teeth.I took his word that every thing will turn out fine. Now what

It I possible to take the teeth out and put them back in with acrylic but you may be better off starting over... you should get an appointment where the teeth are set in wax, for your approval, and the dentist can change them if need be

As Amir said, go back to the dentist, tell him you are not happy with them. He should have done a wax try in for you to check the shape, placement and colour before having the denture made. Don't settle or pay anything until you are HAPPY!
