My son came home from school today and as usually I asked him how his day went. He told me fine and then said he wanted to ask me something. He said that a friend of his told him today that you can get high smoking table salt. He said you put the salt on rolling papers and smoke it. His question was of course, is this possible. I told him I really didn't think so but I would find out. Of course we had the talk we have on a regular basis... drugs are bad, just say no etc. I have looked online and can't find anything on the subject. What kids will do these days. To make a long story short... is this in fact true?

Smoke salt, that's a negative.
If this was possible then it was discovered just recently. I am a recovering addict and been clean now for 12 yrs. If you could snort it or smoke it and or eat it to get a high I did it. In my 8yrs of being high I never smoked or snorted salt... had it on my french fries but that's all.

Salt poisoning, but smoking it won't give you a good feeling at all. Chances are you'll harff (puke). I imagine it should just mess up your lungs too.

If you hear of them smoking Salvia, tell them that even though it's legal, it messes up the brain something fierce. The high lasts about 10-15 minuts, but it's been compared to LSD. If you can find it, try looking up the Dr.s show and their episode on it. It showes the normal brain waves, then the brain waves of one doctor who smokes Salvia to show the effects. It's messed up and all over. So watch out for that.
Also, snorting Alcohol may get you drunk faster, but it also kills more brain cells and messes up your nose and other things.
K this is super gross but kids are doing this, just watch the Dr.s show, putting beer bongs in their anus to get drunk faster, and with out the smell on their breath.
Some girls are putting tampons in vodca and then inserting them for the effects with out the alcohol on the breath, and stuff like that.
