OK I've been bleaching my skin for like 3 months to try to get rid of my acne marks on my face and its been working so far , the only problem is now it looks like I have raccoon eyes, my dark circles are more pronounced now that my face have lightened, the question is am I supposed to use to bleaching cream on my eyelids also?

I do not that much but it will help to even out the tone and overall appearance

Yes they are so you don't have to paste it on, like I apply a lot of cream to my arms and back because they are the hardest areas to lighten, my legs are naturally light so don't have to put much on there
