There are 52 cards in a deck. There are 4 tens. What is the probability that if you cut the deck, you'll get a ten? Express your answer as a fraction with no spaces. Reduce the fraction to its simplest form

There are 52 cards in the deck.
There are 4 tens in the deck.
So there are 4 out of 52 cards.
The words "out of" means divide. "Per" also means divide ("4 per 52 cards"). The word "of" means multiply ("15% of the cards")
\frac {4}{52}\,=\, \frac {1}{13}
There are a lot of people who think that they are "really bad" at math. Most of them simply don't think about the problems. Math is quite easy if you try.
