I have small pimpil like dots along the shaft of my penis. I'm still a virgin.
What is it? And what can I do to get rid of it?

What color is dot, any associated itching, pain. Does the dot change color or size? Do you have any other "dots"? There are loads of non-STD skin conditions.

It is white and no it does not hurt or itch. The dots are only along my shaft and there is a lot of them and I am circumcised.

These verywell could be hair follicles growing through. If you had no sexual contacts it is least likely you have an STD. The fact that there are several and they don't itch, hurt, or otherwise bother you, it is useful to watch and see. If you are really worried about them you can see a general doc but at this point you may be safe to wait and see.

Now, not having sexual contact at this point isn't terribly bad. Not only will it be a great gift for your wife ( potentially ) it will ensure the least likelihood of contracting an STD. Good for you and your future spouse!

HIV sucks, but, as a medical provider I know it is just as sucky to get Hepatitis B which is equally devastating and with higher percentage of transmission!
