Yes. Both of those drugs are opiates. It will just show up positive for opiates. It was say that you took percocet or vicodin, it will just detect opiates in your system. There are a lot of different urine tests. If they use one to detect any opiates, then yours will come up positive. Depending on how long ago you took the last dose.

Thanks sunflower for the response, my doctor said that he want me to take a ua, and I asked the receptionist what is the dr testing for, he said illegal drugs, like cocaine herion marijuana and to see if I'm taking the medication he prescribed,can he tell excactly how much I'm taking like can he tell if I'm taking 4 or 6 pills a day, the test m talking seems to me like the basic test ,does that sound right

As long as he can detect a trace of the medication you'll be OK. It also depends on how fast your metabolism is. The drug will come out quicker if you have a fast metabolism, but if you are taking them daily then it will show. He won't be able to tell how many a day you are taking, it will just come up opiates. Sounds like you will be fine. As long as you aren't using the hard stuff. The test does sound like the basic kind of test. Let me know how you make out. Just make sure you take the medication as prescribed and it will show up on your test. Good luck.
