Not without their permission - why can't you deposit it into their account or send it to them so they can deposit it?

There in Canada right now and they told me to cash there check from a check cahsing place but when I went there they we charging a good amount of fee. So when I informed them about this, they told me to deposit it in my account. And plus there not going to be back here for another 2 months. So "With Their Premission" is it possible ?

I don't know how you could possibly cash their check and/or deposit it in your account without their signatures unless you forge their signatures, which is a crime.

If they're in Canada right now, mail the check there.

Or put it in their account.

Generally refund checks don't expire for 90 days. If they knew they were going to be away they should have elected for Direct Deposit.

What I would is have them send you a letter notarized, authorizing you to depost the check in their account. This letter should state the payee, check number, amount of check and their account number. You can then take it to their bank the bank should accept it for deposit.
