I have insurance through the state (wi). My child support will be set at 17%. I am wondering if they figure out an average from past checks or if it is 17% of whatever he is making at the time.

They nailed me on past 3 years when calculating.
Things have been tough since then.

I have friends
That didn't do anything with their lives (jobless) and only have
To pay $50 per kid in Ohio. It seems that the more you
Are advanced in life, the more they take back from you.

I sit back and wish that I didn't do anything with my life.

GOOD LUCK

You answered a question from 2006 and the person hasn't been back.

And, yes, the more the father makes the better their children live.

I'm surprised that "they" went back 3 years - did you keep "them" up to date on raises and bonuses? Recently I was in Court when a Petition for an increase with some retroactive payments was denied because the father HAD notified the Court which had done nothing.
