Hi, I have a teenage son and I think he's looking at porn on my laptop when I'm not home. I noticed he deletes the history. Is there a way I can recover the history after its been deleted on the internet?

This is a topic that is brought up regularly. Here is my experience with recovering history.
I haven't found a way that you can.

There are people that say system restore works. I am unsure of this.

Everything you do online is stored in the history, registry, and small files called index.dat files. There are tons of these files in random places all over your PC.

THere are software apps. That seek out these files and display the results.

I haven't foundone of these apps. That work. After the history was deleted these apps. Didn't find anything.

SO I am unsure if you can!
