I've been staying at a friends house fpr three monrhs, in Indiana, and today they told me I have to be out by Friday, the 24th ofapril, I don't pay a formal rent a but I do and have been contributing, can she do this? You have to be evicted. You are considered to be a tenant.

Have you talked with her and told that you need a little more time? But Judy is correct, you are considered a resdient if not a tenant and need tob e formally evicted if you refuse to leave.
