I have been on the pill for nearly 4years and recently stopped about 3weeks ago and have had really sore nipples, lots of discharge, iv'e gained weight and been tired a bit.Ive taken a pregnancy test which came up negative so don't know what it could be. Was just wondering if these are normal symptoms from coming off the pill or could it be something else?

Many times P.M.S. symptoms can mimic pregnancy. That may not have happened to you before but since you are coming off the pill, your hormones will take a few months to become stable.
You may even skip periods altogether.
Certainly,if you are having unprotected sex ,you could be pregnant .Wait until you have missed a period by one week and take a HPT with first morning urine.

Oh OK, I've also been getting pretty bad cramps as well and I'm having unprotected sex but took a pregnancy test twice and came up negative

I don't think the discharge you mention could in any way be related to stopping the pill.
Perhaps you should get the reason for this discharge checked... it might be due to a vaginal infection like candida or Trichomonas, and if so, would need to be treated.
Cramps may occur due to this, as well.
Soreness of nipples could be due to something else.
Weight gain occurs when a person is on pills, usually, so you would need to look elsewhere, as a cause for that.
