I have been on birth control for about 18 months and have stopped about 3 weeks ago. I didn't get a proper period after just one day spotting and the next nothing for about 5 days. I was due my period last week and have had nothing yet. I have had unprotected sex quite a few times since then. Over the last week I have noticed that I am urinating a lot, I'm always tired, feel sick and am very fussy with what I eat. I have taken 4 hpt and all are negative. So what's the answer, am I pregnant? Please help!

Go to you doctor and have a proper test done if you are that worried and want to know for sure. We can't give you that information.

You may be having some hormone fluctuation from going off the pill. which would explain your irregular period.It is rather common when coming off the pill to have irregular cycles for the first few months.

Also many times P.M.S.symptom's can mimic pregnancy symptoms,even if it has never happened to you before there is always a chance that it could be it P.M.S.

Be sure to use your first morning urine for the test.Wait another week and try the HPT again.
