I just found out that there are two bench warrant from 2003 in the state of Louisiana .one is a misdemeanor stolen property the other they said was a felony because there were three of us in the same room I got charged with coke cane for this and I wanted to know what the statute of limitation

There is none. A Statute of Limitations sets a limit on the amount of time someone has to take legal action against someone. If there is a bench warrant, then legal action was already initiated. So the bench warrants don't expire.

As noted there is no SOL on warrants, some cities on traffic tickets will void them after a number of years, but this is merely a city rule.
On these warrants they will stay valid till you are caught or die

Warrants or bench warrants do not expire ever. Expect to be shipped back to Louisiana to face the music sometime.
