Can I put a coat of poly over the top of gloss paint or can I use something else

Normally, polyurethane paint can be put on any gloss paint. But the gloss paint need to be sanded. I have put polyurethane coating on both oil and latex gloss paint. It works well for years already. The specifications of polyurethane paint I used can be found from www.polyurethane-paint.com or www.epoxy-paint.cn.
