I have a 1 year old, very precious, chihuahua named Taz, he is my world.. but I do have a concern though, he seems to be awfully skinny, I mean, you can see the outline of his ribs. I've tried every dog food on the market available to me, from very cheap to very expensive, I don't care what it costs really, as long as I can find something that he will eat.. he only eats a tiny little bit and I wonder how he is surviving... is this normal behavior for a Chihuahua? Chihuahuas tend to be skinny?? I've never owned such a small dog and finicky too, all my other dogs have always been medium sized dogs and quite the gluttons.. so I'm a bit at a loss with my little Taz.. suggestions are most welcomed.

Aren't most of them supposed to be skinny LOL. If he's that malnourished maybe you should take him to the vet. I saw a fluppy nice chihuahua but they are same height. Maybe it's a multi race.

Could he possibly have worms?
