Hi all - this is the first time I have posted a question so I apologise if I say things wrong BUT I am 2 weeks late, repeated negative HPTs (I very very very faint + a week ago)... went to the Drs and he did another Urine PT which was - and he said that he had never had a urine test that said something diff from a blood test so he didn't do a blood test and said I just have to wait and see what happens as I may just be skipping a period or I may have slow rising hcg levels but he didn't think I was pregnant cause the bumps on my nipples weren't sore (! )... anyone had this happen and still been pregnant?! Im now worried about whether to drink or eat certain stuff?? I don't want to find out in 2 weeks I was actually pregnant but how long to you just sit around and wait!?

Unfortunately, pregnancy is a waiting game. We have to wait to find out if we are pregnant, then we have to wait to go into labor, then we have to wait once labor starts for delivery to happen.

If you have not gotten your period in a week, try another HPT using first morning urine.

To girlinwaiting,

"This too shall soon pass."- A Zen saying

May it be good news, either way.

I can't remember who is was (sorry!) but they said that after like 3 HPT's and 2 blood tests it was still negative.
They just knew that they were pregnant, they felt it.
Another blood test later turns out they were...

I too am in the waiting game. I am now 15 days late and started to have brown discharge yesterday, but only when I wipe. I have taken 3 htp test since being late all have come up negative. I have not really had any other symptoms. I was queasy one night last week, and started sore breasts yesterday. We have been trying to conceive for about 8 months now. Girlinwaiting keep us updated on what is happening! Good Luck!

AF finally made her visit :( I had two days of spotting so I was hoping, but then a day later my period started. People say that sometimes for no given reason your body skips a period. So this may be the cause, especially if you aren't feeling pregnant, might just be a skipped month. Schedule another dr appointment to discuss and be tested again. Some bodies just take longer to detect the hormone and some are never able to get a positive test result, only with an ultrasound. Keep us updated! Wishing you luck!

Sorry to hear TCHR, fingers crossed for next month!

I have decided to wait and see what happens later this week as AF would be due if I had just skipped... if nothing ill trek back to the Dr next week...

So, I have decided to take this month off from trying, just too disappointing. Then, the day AF is due I decide to take a test, just because they are so fun, and it came up pregnant. I was in utter shock! I had to call my husband in to read it too, and it was digital. We are going to take another one tomorrow because I am still in disbelief, don't have any symptoms, so was completely taken by surprise. A good, fabulous, long awaiting surprise. Hopefully with a positive test tomorrow we can make a dr. appt to confirm. Keeping my fingers crossed!
