I'm sure your parents would be okay if you, him and other friends go bowling, to the movies, have a movie night a someone's house, go rollerblading, swimming, etc.

Personally, I also think that 12 is too young to be dating. What's the rush? You have plenty of time for dating later. Enjoy being young and have fun because you will look back someday and realize these were some of the best times of your life. I was still into baseball and video games at that age.

Yea well I'm 15 and believe me girl you don't need to be in a rush to grow up or even have a boyfriend they are only trouble! Lol
