View Full Version : Upgrade required for remedy tool (ar system user)

We are unable to access REMEDY tool (AR SYSTEM USER-REMEDY SUPPORT) through Citrix for past two months. This tool needs to be upgraded from version 5.0 to 7.0.

Who should we contact for this upgrade?

Whoever manages your Citrix network/installation. Wouldn't they install the Remedy upgrade since it's a centralized server setup?
