Hi
I am on F1 visa and efiled my taxes using TurboTax for 2008.
I got my refund a couple of days back through direct deposit, which just included my tax return and NOT any extra money e.g. stimulus package etc.
I sent the Form 8843 through mail and did my state tax on paper.
I have a few questions:
1. Should I send back the return that I got?
2. What explanation is appropriate for Part II of 1040X?
Thank you!

Use Form 1040X if you should have filed Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ instead of Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ. Across the top of the corrected return, enter "Amended." Also complete Part II of Form 1040X, including an explanation to the changes or correction made.

Mail return to Internal Revenue Center at the address provided on page 3 of Instructions to Form 1040X.
