I know how to find the gradient but the question gives a equation

2x - 5y = 18 how do I find x and y to draw a graph?

Well, if you know how to find a gradient, and you need to graph, simply convert into terms of Y:
add subtract 2x, then divide by -5y
You should be able to graph from there.
