I live in the State of Georgia, Gwinnett County to be specific.
The end of January, a guy I had just started dating asked if he could staying with me for a week because he needed comforting after his daughter was molested. The week stay turned into almost four months. He claims he has his own place (which I never seen), but his daughter was molested their and no longer wants to stay there. He claims he put his place on the market, I spoke with him on several occasions about me not being comfortable with him living with me. I have reason to believe he is a con artist and is using my house to live in while he conducts his "business". On this past Saturday he came in and announced that he sold his house and would be closing on Monday. He then told me he opened a bank account and had my address put on the check. So he has established residency. I just want him out of my house and life. What legal steps do I need to take to get him out of my house?

Hello e:

You need to evict him according to your states landlord tenant laws. We have copies of them at the top of the real estate page on a sticky note.
