Replaced the pump on the motor and reinstalled. Have power to hot tub but motor will do nothing, any thoughts? Thanks

So did you disconnect the power at all or just pulled the breaker? Can you turn the impellor by hand, maybe its binding.

Did you check the overload reset button if so check to see the motor is wired for the correct voltage

Impellor turns freely . Disconneted power at pull bar next to spa. Overload reset button? Not sure where I'd find that

If there is a button it will be on the backside, not the sahft side of the motor. Do you have power at the elctrical connection?

Got motor to run at start up, though need to turn shaft to get it going(capacitor?). When I push button for high speed I have power to lead, but motor does not increase rpm's.

I would start with the Capacitor.
