Working out and watching what you eat will do it for most people.

The trouble is, most people don't want to put forth the effort that it takes. Many start with good intentions, but stop fairly soon after. This is why so many people go up and down with their weight... or seem to go from one diet to another looking for an easy way.

It takes work... a lot of work and it often is not fun when you first start... it takes time to get into the habit of doing some type of vigorous exercise each day, or at least most days, of the week. Very easy to find excuses not to stick with it.

You have to be determined and committed to making the changes necessary to get to the goal you want.

Well... what is "wrong"... what have you tried... what do you like to do... what is your diet.

Really... if it were as simple as "do x,y,z" this wouldn't be an issue seen over and over...

So... to focus on you, we need to know more about you.

So what does fit mean? What don't you like? What's going on? Do you workout? How is your stress? Your sleep? On and on...

The more you talk about where you are, where you want to be, and what you've done that's works or has failed, the better we can answer you.

Otherwise, its like asking "whats the best car for me"... more details please...
