I have a very fair skin tone and I have trouble tanning. Does anybody have any tips on what I can do to get somewhat of a tan this summer? Any special techniques, etc?

Instead of tanning, consider tanning lotions. You can get ones that are very gradual so you don't look orange, and you can look as dark as you want; without dangerous sun rays. Just a thought.

If you are set on tanning in the sun, there are lotions that have bronzers in them that you may want to check out.
