I was in USA for 3 months in 2008 on H1 B. I need to file for my Tax Returns
As Non Resident and Part Year Resident.
I do not have any active Bank Account in USA.
Can I give the Account details of one of My friends in order to get the return.

An early response is appreciated.

To do a direct deposit, your name must be one tha account or the bank will reject the electronic funds transfer from the IRS.

Best to just have the IRS mail you a check.
