I got my period on March 4, 2009. I was to get my period for April sometime around April 8th or 9th give or take a few days. On April 8th when I was suppose to get my period, I got this brown discharge. It does not have an odor, the only time I see it is when I wipe no need for wasting a pad. This never happened to me before. I know when I am about to get my period because I get the sore breast the week before my period and I haven't had the sore breast yet. What could this be. Could I be pregnant. I am sexually active and I did have sex during that week... Actually I had it twice on Monday, Tuesday morning and on Wednesday morning. I just need to know what I should do... I have a my yearly regular appoint with my gynocologist on Tuesday... I just need to have some kind of idea.

If you had sex this week and your period was also due this week, it sounds like pregnancy is unlikely. Sometimes after having a regular period for years, things may just go haywire and the schedule changes up.

Since you already have an appt on Tues, mention your concerns to your Dr and have them do a pregancy test just to be sure.
