How do itake the valve apart to replace o-rings that leak? I have a 2-m2 washing machine shutoff valve.

A picture would help. 2-m2 does not help me much. You should first try to tighten the bonnet nut just below the handle to see if you can snug it up. Is this your valve? Watts 0006643 - $33.95 - Watts - 1/2" Male Thread 2T-M2, Washing Machine Shuttoff Valve (http://www.pexsupply.com/Watts-0006643-1-2-Male-Thread-2T-M2-Washing-Machine-Shuttoff-Valve-4510000-p)

Bob... that's his valve. The 2-m2 is also called a watts valve... ;)
Driverman... first, you could jut try to snug the screws with a large flat screwdriver. If that doesn't work then shut off the main water supply (hot and cold... drain into bucket from valve) and loosen the screws. Then pull the valve off and replace the o-rings. Tighten the screws evenly so you won't bind the new orings.
Good luck!

I had it as 2T-M2 but see that 2-m2 also designates a Watts valve.
