I'm not sure if this is the right place, but it's about the medication adult low dose chewable aspirin (81mg). I asked another question here before about bad circulation (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/other-health-wellness/discolored-part-finger-333297.html), and that's what led to me taking this. I had more problems yesterday afternoon so I finally took one of the aspirin my mom bought me. It says: take 4-8 tablets every four hours with a full glass of water. I took 3 tablets in 12 hours, and about 3 hours after the third one I noticed some bleeding. I saw on the box that it could cause that, but I obviously didn't think I'd have any side effects since I haven't had any allergic reactions to anything before, when I went to the doctor to discuss my hand problems I told her I crushed a low dose aspirin my aunt gave me and she said that was a good idea, and my mom was pressuring me to take another.

The box says to stop use and contact a doctor if if there's any bleeding or you vomit blood because it's a sign of stomach bleeding, but does that mean make an appointment, or get yourself to an emergency room? I'm a teen (though a slightly older one) by myself right now, and can't get in contact with any family members until 8 or so (it's 3 AM right now). The bleeding isn't heavy, but I don't know how much would be expected, and I'm not the sort of person to vomit even when I'm sick. I tried spitting, and the first few times there was some blood, but tiny pin prick spots, and not even half the times I did it but I don't know what that's worth. The last couple of times there was more, but still not what I'd call a lot.

I don't know if there are any other side effects because I did have some ringing in my ears briefly, but that happens to me occasionally, and I'm very nervous right now so I'm a little dizzy, but I'm dizzy sometimes anyway.

I really don't know what to do. Is this something to be very concerned about? It's been about 15 hours since I took the first pill, 14 since the second, and 3-3 1/2 hours since the last one. Will the aspirin be out of my system soon? Will my stomach stop bleeding on it's own, and quickly? Is this something I need to go to the emergency room over, and as soon as possible or it's okay to wait until morning? I don't want to wake my elderly aunt up at 3 in the morning and try to find someone to take me to the hospital which we can't afford over nothing. Please, does anyone have any advice?

I don't see any way to edit, so I'd like to add that it may be possible that I have hives. I've never had them before, so I don't know what they look like or what they're like to have, only what I've read and seen online since noticing and I've always had red skin sometimes and rough skin in some places (especially when I'm upset, and especially on my face, chest, and ears) but there are hot, red patches all over my arms, and a little on my chest that are a little rough though I haven't noticed any itching or stinging (yet).
