Will fertility pills help increase the chances of me conceiving after having a tubal?

Not unless one or both tubes has reconnected. With a tubal, any eggs released would not get into the fallopian tubes where they could be fertilized. It doesn't matter how many eggs you produce, if the sperm can't get to them, you won't get pregnant.

You could ask your doctor about the possibility of having your tubal reversed. Depending on how it was done, some methods have better results than others.

A tubal ligation is to be considered permanent. Fertility pills won't help, fertility statues won't help.

With a tubal ligation the fallopian tubes are cut, tied, and/or burned, depending on the procedure. Without the tubes being connected there is no way the sperm can reach the egg and there is no way that the egg can travel to the uterus.

Even with a reversal pregnancy is never a guarantee.
