Hi guys, I'm just new here! So please help me out... well I'm from the philippines and just want to ask if lemon is an effective herbal to lighten skin? Actually I'm already satisfied with my skin color aside only from my knees and elbows. Can suggest herbals that can lighten my knees and elbows? I'm looking forward for your answers.. thanks!

I'm currently using lemons to lighten my lips and chin. It works very very slowly on me. My lips lightened a little bit. My chin is lighter but the area around my mouth isn't getting lighter. I used bottled lemon juice before but I switched to real squeezed lemon juice. I mixed it with rosewater and I put lotion over it and I put lip balm on my lips. It might work on your knees and elbows since you are not trying to lighten a lot. You can find a lot of other skin lightening remedies on goggle. A lot of people say that lemons are very effective if you use it for a long time.

Okay, here's what you need to do.
Pull out your contch shell, like Spongebob does.
ASK THAT! And let's see what it tells you to do.
REMEMBER; You MUST listen to the contch shell..
Or else, you will regret disobeying it.
Much luck! (:
