Last week I lost almost all water pressure in kitchen sink. Whre do I look to fix it?

Last week I lost almost all water pressure in kitchen sink. Whre do I look to fix it?
Unscrew the aerator ,(see image ) from the spout and turn the water on. Is water coming out of the spout now? Let me know, Tom
