I have my own well and pump. For the last few months, I have been losing water pressure. It is fine with only one faucet on. But with two or more, the pressure drops to almost nothing. I replaced my well pump just several years ago.
My father-in-law used to say that the pressure tank can get "water logged". Essentially it fills up with water and you lose pressure. Could that be my problem? And how do I fix it? The tank is easily accessible in my basement.

How old is your home and what type piping do you have? Copper, PVC or galvanized?
A water logged pressure tank or a bladder tank that has ruptured the membrane will cause the pump to kick on every time you make a draw but it will not lose pressure.

This is a volume problem that you have. Your pump isn't producing the volume needed to maintain pressure. Could be a Low water table, A clogged well point but you won't know until you check. Good luck, Tom

Do you have a filter in the system? Do you have a water softener? If you have either of these, they may be clogged. If a filter, change it, if a water softener, there should be a bypass vavle on it, put it on bybass and see if pressure is better. Please let me know what you find.
