Is this homework? If so, it should be moved to the homework board.

Lutheran school teachers do it every day, and have for decades.

You do your best, you can if you want, ask some business for supplies, see if the parents will help

A creative teacher won't need much to teach. The biggest issue most teachers run into is student behaviour. If you could have all of the students and parents on board with education being important, you'd tend to have far fewer behaviour issues, in which case, teaching and learning can really take off.
If you had a group of students who wanted to learn, you could teach them with a few good books and sticks in the dirt if need be.

You take the median ability and teach too that. At least that is what I had done. Give extra challenge to the advanced. And extra help to those who need it.

Yes... I agree, assess abilities and needs first, then you will be better able to know how to help each student progress. Most teachers will have varying levels of ability in their classrooms and will work with students accordingly.
