I have a 1999 Honda Accord 4cylinder. It is the DX model, we are the only owners.

There appears to be an electrical problem, but don't want to spend $150 to have Honda dealership troubleshoot it. Anyone have any ideas? Honda Dealer says there are no 'open recalls' on the model, and we don't know what to do?:confused:
