Okay,
So I loved my advice from my other question and decided to say hi to guys on myspace. I had a really good conversation with a cute, nice guy. And then I got stressed. Why won't he message me back? He has a girlfriend... but, other guys talk to me but barely, I don't know how to get a guy to keep wanting to talk to me, what do I do? Please I need advice I makes me feel so sad and rejected.

As far as myspace goes, it is not good for relationships.
If you really are as shy as you think you are, Myspace can be a good way to start a conversation, but best if with someone you personally know. If you think you like someone, you should myspace them talking about something you may have in common, but try to keep him interested.
There are an almost infinite number of things on the internet to keep a teenage boy's mind occupied, so if you intend to make the first move over myspace, you need to do something to make him interested. A good way to get it going well would be (for example) to invite him over to work on your math homework. After you get it done, you have an hour before he has to leave, and start talking. Make him interested in YOU, and the REAL YOU, and he should come around.
REMEMBER: Only instigate these things with people you know in REAL LIFE, don't meet people over the internet like this.

Why not try meeting real people? Instead of going online, go out, talk to people, get to know real people.
The internet is great as a source of information, not great as a way to find a mate.
Good luck.

If he has a girlfriend why are you concern that he isn't talking to you? It best not to even open up them can of worms.
On the teens dating sites you must be careful because there is a lot of pervert out there looking for vulerable teens. They lie about their age, post a fake picture, might even exchange number with you and talk offline, but you find out the truth when you meet them. They turn out to 40+ and not even concerned that they lie.
You should join some sort of social group or any club in your school. You don't need a boyfriend right now. Anyway, when your not looking your find one.
However, I am worried about you because you want one so bad that your talked to some when you knowingly knew they had a girlfriend, don't do that. Your only be setting yourself for up for uneccessary pain and drama and your only end up being use because you was hard up for a guy. Don't put yourself in that situation.

Well,
The boy I talked to goes to my school and I didn't know he had a girlfriend. I thought we could at least talk as friends but he didn't respond so that's why I was sad.
I DID NOT try to meet him on the internet. :D

Well, maybe you could try other activities, maybe some for teens outside of school.
Why and how do they get the wrong impression?
To meet people over the internet, no matter what age, and especially your age group can be risky!
Like someone else has already suggested; you should only initiate conversations with people you know in real life!
Good luck!

Just forget that boy, move on and find someone who really cares and adores you.

Okay, well for confidence boosters, as you say, don't worry about who it is. Just make sure THEY know it's not about an intimate relationship.
But again, keep them interested. It is much easier to do in real life than over the internet, though you still have to work over the nervous/shy aspect of it. However, if you are not trying to make a boyfriend out of it, I would assume it should be much easier for you.
Good Luck!
